Mr. Blaze's role in X Management Group is to bridge the lines of communication between ALL of the X Management Team and to keep the entire Operations, as well as the Marketing and Sales, running smoothly. Mr. Blaze's goal is to assure each and every property, current and future, along with each and every employee, meets with the highest standards and quality achievable.

For over 21-years, Ms. Randall has been promoting and marketing resorts across our great country. From working with the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Committee to opening new resorts in Orlando, Ms. Randall has held various regional as well as property management positions. Working for prestigious brands as Sheraton and Holiday Inn, Ms. Randall brings to the team a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and operations.

In her role with X Management Group, Ms. Randall in responsible for promoting our portfolio of managed resorts to world. She oversees a team of highly energetic and enthusiastic individuals that work hard each day to maximize revenue and occupancy and put, as we say in the hotel business, heads in the beds.

Internet savvy and design oriented, Edwin Sifonte has worked in the sales and marketing industry for over eight years. His time in the hospitality industry has been spent working to build solid relationships with the top dot com travel booking engines such as Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, and many others. Mr. Sifonte comes from a strong sales background having been raised in a family owned business since the age of ten. Mr. Sifonte received his first computer at the age of six and has never logged off since. Mr. Sifonte's professional expertise includes search engine optimization, pay-per-click management, graphic design, web site programming, brand protection, revenue management, and third party relations to name a few.

Mr. Sifonte's role with X Management Group is to act as a liaison for all internet based points of sale for our portfolio of managed properties and provide a stepping stone to increase performance of our managed properties through our internet based partners.
